My recent stay at this hotel was truly outstanding! the location is perfect, close to Mall of the Emirates, making it a breeze to get around Dubai. the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful; they really go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Special shoutout to the reception team for being so welcoming and efficient. the rooms are top-notch, and the service is quick and impeccable. the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the pool attendant is always ready to assist. It's evident that the team here takes great pride in providing exceptional service, which is why I keep coming back for more. Can't wait for my next visit!

While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, making it a bit underwhelming compared to nearby breakfast spots.

The rooms were spotless and had all the nice extras included. the staff was very courteous and helpful. DEFINITELY coming back! the rooftop pool was even better than on photos.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a huge shopping place with skiing inside. It's got luxury designer shops and restaurants. There's even a place for kids to have fun while you relax. The hotel has a pool and a gym. My favorite part was building a snowman and sliding down slopes nearby. The room was small but comfy. A nice spot for work trips or catching an exhibition. a chill place with good vibes and cool views.

It was a perfect place to soak up the sun and relax after a long day of meetings. The pool was inviting, and I also appreciated the opportunity to keep up with my fitness routine in the well-equipped gym available exclusively to in-house guests. The hotel's facilities, including the outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool, children's pool and play area, sauna, and steam room.

I did book and pay 2 rooms for my family, and there was a minor issue during check-in, but the supervisor promptly resolved it.

The hotel offers cozy and modern rooms with nice facilities, perfect for a long stay. the swimming pool and gym are well-maintained, making it a great choice for sportive individuals. the friendly and helpful staff, like room attendant Zia, add to the overall positive experience. Breakfast could use more variety and the pool area could benefit from better privacy arrangements.

We visited IMG Worlds of Adventure and it was insane! The roller coasters and virtual reality rides were next-level fun. And the Snow Park was epic – we had snowball fights and went tobogganing. It was a total thrill and we couldn't get enough!

But hey, if there was a groovy nightclub or a cool lounge at the hotel, it would've been even more awesome for us party-loving teens!

The entertainment is top-notch, with cutting-edge attractions and exhilarating rides that bring movie-like thrills to life. Both adults and kids can enjoy snow activities and expert coaching at the spacious Snow Park. It was a fantastic day filled with non-stop fun!

My wife says that the park could benefit from more shaded areas.
